COO COO COMICS (Nedor, 1942): Unknown Number, Coverless, but complete, with some tape marks on the outside pages. From the World War II contents (Supermouse fights Nazis), this must be a Golden Age issue from 1942-45. Contents: Supermouse by Richard E. Hughes, Mick the Monk, Willy Wolf, Pinkie the Curious Penguin by Tony Loeb (Pinkie smokes cigarettes!), Pancho by Carl Wessler, Cap'n Tim Turtle by A. Williams, Dumb Bunny by Chuck Stanley, Coo-Coo Clown by Jimmy Talcott, Al Gator by Dick Mann. Supermouse (a Superman clone) was the first Funny Animal Superhero series.
