VERIFICATION
Most items are one-of-a-kind, but some have multiples listed. Prices are always per item, lot or set (as described). To verify the items you are interested in are still available, please e-mail me at emorysmemories@cox.net with the item(s) you would like or "Websale" as the subject.
No Subject or "HI/HELLO" subjects are filtered to the trash can, so I never see them. Please, do not send attachments. Because of potential virus problems, e-mails with attachments go unread into the recycle bin, as do e-mails without a recognized subject. Also, please include your zip code, so I can accurately determine postage. I answer all e-mail as quickly as I can, which is typically the same or next day. You deal only with me (Emory), so there's never any doubt on your part with whom you are communicating.

Once you reserve an item, I will hold it for one week (7 days). After 7 days, the next person in line gets their shot. That's as fair as I can be.

E-mail makes up all of my communication. If you do not hear back from me, there is a problem on your end, which is incredibly frustrating for me. 99.9% of the time, the cause is the sender blocking incoming e-mail or a full inbox (which in this day and age is hard to believe with the enormous capacities available, but it still happens!). So, if you are wondering why I didn't reply to you, please adjust your e-mail filters or clean out your inbox, remove the attachments, use a valid subject line, and try again.

Also, please be aware that where I live and where the collection resides are two different places. I can not simply walk over to an item and give you a detailed description of it, which is one reason why phone calls don't work for me. I am more than happy to supply detailed descriptions or additional scans for you, but it will take a day or two for me to obtain them.

PAYMENT
Never send payment until a total has been confirmed! U.S. funds only. Money orders and cashiers checks receive 2-day (or faster) turnaround. Personal or business checks are fine, but they must clear before I ship. This takes 10 business days from deposit date. Foreign orders are paid only through Western Union or cash. I do not recommend sending cash in envelopes that can't be tracked, however that's your choice - some people do. No credit cards, PayPal or others forms of e-payment.

You will ALWAYS receive an e-mail acknowledging receipt of payment AND an e-mail informing you that your order has shipped.

POSTAGE
I pack securely and ship via the United States Postal Service, using Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation, unless you elect a different shipping method. Postage varies with the weight of the order, plus insurance. If you are ordering from overseas, the costs are considerably higher. This is the
USPS site I use to estimate shipping, so you can get an idea on cost for yourself. Overnight mail or special shipping by your request is fine. You pay only the exact additional cost. People also send me their FedEx account numbers and I'm happy to ship that way for you. In any case, please get a shipping confirmation from me before sending any payment. All items are scanned or photographed before being shipped. I have never had problems with the exceptionally rare insurance claim for damage, but keep in mind the USPS doesn't allow a claim for loss until 30 days have passed.

MATURE READING
Items marked as containing mature or adult subject matter require an age statement that you are 18 years of age or older.

RETURNS
All sales final, all items are sold "as is" and ship in the condition stated. If you have any doubts about an item description, ask for details or request scans/photos. There are no returns. If an item arrives damaged, you will receive 100% of the items cost and shipping charges back. That's why everything ships insured, unless you elect to waive insurance. Please retain all packing for the postal claim. Again, I photograph or scan all items before shipping to keep an accurate record. I have been happily dealing with collectors since 1973 and I haven't successfully done so by misrepresenting what I offer.
