GLASS ONION GRAPHICS MICHAEL WHELAN ART CATALOG: This catalog produced by Glass Onion is not in a true magazine format. It's difficult to find a spot for it, so it is going here. This is actually 19 loose pages (includes cover and order form), size 5.5 x 8.5 inches, printed on slick coated stock, with B&W reproductions of Whelan's artwork for sale on prints, cards and books. So, think of it as a catalog that isn't bound. Not dated, but from the early 1980s. This was mailed (original G.O.G. envelope included), so there are some minor edge and corner bends, but nothing that detracts from the images. Not a commonly found item to have survived the last 30 years. Perfect for hardcore Michael Whelan or SF-Fantasy Art fans. See sample page  $6

GUITARISTS' BOOK OF KNOWLEDGE: 1955, F, 32 pages. "An Encyclopedia of Guitar" by Ed Sale (from a 1950s perspective). GUITAR SELF-TAUGHT: 1952, VG/F, Deluxe Edition, 64 pages, Early printing with $3 cover price, later printings had higher prices. Includes a "Chord Finder" on a loose insert sheet that is dated 1954. Oversized booklet, 9 x 12 inch magazine format with heavy covers. While it is a corny fifties read, the skills illustrated are actually quite practical and informative.
