THE OFFICIAL UNDERGROUND AND NEWAVE COMIX PRICE GUIDE #1 by Jay Kennedy. As New, Softback, Summer 1982, First Edition, Boatner Norton Press, ISBN: 0-9606654-3-9, size 5 3/8 x 8 1/8 inches, 304 pages including a 16 page color section, O/P. While the guide prices are out of date, this is still the definitive research work on underground (and ground level) comix from their beginnings to 1982. Just over 300 pages, profusely illustrated with B&W cover shots and 16 pages of color classic cover reproductions, also a nice selection of artist photos. Articles by industry founders Don Donahue, Ron Turner, Denis Kitchen, Gary Arlington, and artists Jay Lynch and S. Clay Wilson. Zippy cover artwork by Bill Griffith. Not much more to say except this book looks like you just reached for it off the shelf back in 1982. See covers  $69

TRINA ROBBINS: Trina Robbins Hits The Mark "business card," Ex/M, size 3.5 x 5.5 inches, slight glossy surface, blank back, color image of a female detective holding a smoking gun with a stereotypical cigarette dangling from her mouth, the drawing is dated 1977 and Trina gave me this in 1982, so the printing date is somewhere between 1977-82, under the image is Trina's address and telephone number. I don't think you will find too many of these rarities offered for sale. Not An Underground, but perfect for all underground comix collectors. See card  $20
